Three US research vendors, 121 vials, one number that makes them comparable. We pull every price straight from the vendor's own storefront, divide by the milligrams in the vial, and put the result in one table. Nothing is sponsored. Nothing is estimated.
The index
Sorted A to Z by default. The price column is the cheapest vial at any of the three vendors; the per-milligram column is what makes a 5mg vial and a 30mg vial comparable. Tap any row for the full vendor-by-vendor table.
Vials only. Capsules, sprays, serums and bacteriostatic water are excluded by design — see the method.
Before you buy
Most peptide price pages compare the wrong numbers. These are the three mistakes that produce a confidently wrong answer.
A 5mg vial at $49 and a 30mg vial at $139 are not a $90 difference — they are a $9.80/mg product and a $4.67/mg product. On tirzepatide, retatrutide and epitalon the larger vial is roughly a third the cost per milligram. Every row on this board is normalised.
Several vendors sell BPC-157 and 5-Amino-1MQ as oral capsules alongside vials. A 30-count 500mcg bottle looks like "15mg" on paper and is not remotely the same product. We exclude every non-vial format rather than produce a comparison that reads well and is wrong.
Shipping, a free-shipping threshold, an always-on discount code and whether the vendor forces an account at checkout all move the real number. Where two vendors sit within a few percent, those factors decide it — not the price on the tile.
The three storefronts
Ordered by how our readers actually buy, not by commission. Each card shows how much of this index the vendor stocks and how often they hold the lowest per-milligram price on a compound more than one vendor carries.
Longer write-ups of each vendor — shipping times, COA practice, reader order history — live on Peptides Uncaged, and every current discount code is tested at a live checkout on the Deal Board.

Every figure is read directly from each vendor's live storefront through their public product feed, then normalised to cost per milligram. Nothing is typed in by hand and nothing is estimated. The date the catalogues were read is printed at the top of every page.
Because a vial price is not a landed cost. Shipping, a free-shipping threshold, a discount code and whether the vendor requires an account all move the real number. On compounds where two vendors are within a few percent of each other, those factors decide it, not the sticker.
Because they cannot be compared per milligram against an injectable vial without producing a wrong answer. A 30-count 500mcg capsule bottle and a 10mg vial are different products. This index compares vials to vials only.
No. Rows are ordered by the real per-milligram price read from the vendor's storefront. Links are affiliate links and we say so on every page, but no vendor can buy a position on this board.
No. Every vendor here sells research compounds for laboratory research use only, not for human consumption. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
